Description

I had a look at the source in  http://git.telldus.com/telldus-common.git, trying to figure out how to get my Tellstick Net to report the information needed to implement support for my sensors, and decided to look at how the firmware could be extended to submit event / information also for the unparsed messages.

The attached patch is a first draft, untested (as I failed to find a working compiler - the latest version was said to not work), but hope it can be a start and get you to tell me if I am heading in the right direction or not.

Is there a reason the firmware isn't doing this already? Is there a reason not to report events also for unknown messages?

This needs to be implemented in the firmware for local access. Sending these to Telldus servers is not possible.

Without testing your code I might suspect it wont work.
There is a lot of RF comming always. There is never silence. Getting matches == 0 is therefore more common than the opposite. I think your current implementation will flood the network with data.
