     15tftp is not activated by default in Windows 7. It is easily installed though. Open {{{Control Panel}}} > {{{Programs and Features}}} > click {{{Turn Windows features on or off}}} in left side > enable {{{TFTP Client}}} then click in {{{OK}}}.
