Factory resetting the Hub 2

Once a factory reset begins, all data stored on the Hub 2 will be completely erased and restored to default settings. This includes the information used to communicate with Telldus Flow devices, as well as any local automations.

However, the Hub 2 will still remain available in your account as long as you have not deleted it from the Telldus app.

To restore a Hub 2 to factory settings:

1. Use a pointed object to press and hold the reset button on the back of the Hub 2.
2. Keep holding the button for at least 12 seconds, then release it.

All LEDs on the Hub 2 will flash together to indicate that the factory reset is in progress.
