Factory resetting the Hub 2

Note that once a factory reset is started, all data on the Hub 2 will be completely erased and replaced by the default values, that included the information used to interact with the Telldus Flow devices and the local automations. However, it will still be available in your account if you have not deleted the Hub 2 from the Telldus app.

To restore to the factory settings of a Hub 2, follow the below procedure.

• Use a pointy object to press and hold the reset button in the back for at least 12 seconds before you release it.

The Hub 2 will flash all its LEDs together indicating a factory reset is taking place.
